What to Wear to Class
For our youngest dancers, comfort and ease of movement are key. We recommend the following attire: A t-shirt or dance top, shorts, leggings, or a dance skirt. Soft-soled ballet or Irish dance shoes or gymn shoes are ideal, but beginners can start with socks until you’re ready for dance shoes.

Please avoid jeans, as they restrict movement.

What to Expect in Class
Our classes are designed to introduce your little one to the basics of Irish dance in a fun and engaging environment.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Warm-Up: Each class will begin with a gentle warm-up to get the dancers moving and ready.
• Dance Fundamentals: We will focus on learning basic Irish dance steps and movements through songs, games, and repetition.
• Social Interaction: Your child will have the opportunity to interact with other dancers, fostering friendships and teamwork.
• Cool Down: Classes will end with a short cool-down session and a review of what we’ve learned.

What to Bring

• Water Bottle: Keeping hydrated is important, so please ensure your dancer brings a water bottle to class.
• Dance Bag: A small bag to keep their shoes, water bottle, and any other personal items together is helpful.
• A Smile: Most importantly, bring lots of enthusiasm and a big smile – we're here to have fun!
