Jump’n Jig Midwest Class Agreement

By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Enrollment & Tuition

When you sign up for Jump’n Jig, you are committing to a full term of classes. Each term consists of multiple months of instruction, and tuition is billed at $150 per dancer per term.

You may choose to:

  • Pay $150 in full at the beginning of the term.
  • Break tuition into six monthly payments of $35.

$25 registration fee per family, per term is required at sign-up. This fee includes one Jump’n Jig T-shirt and is non-refundable.

Class Terms

Jump’n Jig operates in two terms each year:

  • Term 1: September – January
  • Term 2: February – June

Drop Policy

  • New students have a 2-week trial period to ensure Jump’n Jig is a good fit. After this period, families are responsible for the full term of tuition.
  • If a student withdraws after 3 or more weeks, families are required to pay 50% of the remaining tuition for the term.
  • Withdrawals due to serious injury, illness, family crisis, or relocation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A written request, including a doctor’s note (if applicable), must be submitted to Shelagh McGovern for consideration.

Attendance & Make-Up Classes

  • Regular attendance is expected, and tuition remains due regardless of attendance.
  • If a class is canceled due to weather, scheduling conflicts, or other uncontrollable circumstances, we will attempt to schedule a make-up class.
  • If you cannot attend a scheduled make-up class, you may request to attend a similar class on another day, subject to instructor approval.
  • Some free sessions or workshops may be used as make-up opportunities, but prior approval from Shelagh McGovern is required.
  • Classes missed due to personal scheduling conflicts can be made up, but unexcused make-ups will be subject to a $25 fee per class.
